  went from 3-star to 2-star to NO STAR Bottom Line: Both my dogs have eye infections and one has an ear infection after being groomed by this service. When I texted John about this and my $130 vet bill he texted back "thank you for the update." Background: I've used this service three times. The first time, for my adult Springer, was fine. The second time, for my Springer puppy, wasn't so good. Although we discussed what I wanted trimmed, it turned out very different. The third time -- and last time -- was 2 weeks ago. Adult Springer was already shaved and needed a bath and her ears done. For this he charged me full price. For the puppy, I had VERY specific instructions, which he once again ignored. "I wasn't sure what you wanted," he said afterward. Well he was in the driveway, why not ask? For this -- and the ear and eye infections -- he charged me $145. I wish this service was reliable, but 2 out of 3 bad visits cancels out any amount of convenience.
